How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Use the subject line: Delete My NextGenPSC Account
3. Mention the email address used to register in the app

Data that will be deleted

• User account information (email, user ID)
• Test attempts, scores, and learning progress
• App usage data associated with the account

Data retention

Account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving the request. Certain financial records (such as invoices or payment confirmations) may be retained longer if required by applicable laws.
